Looks like Tesla's "đđđđ đđžđ đ˝đđ˝đžđźđ" site permit has been submitted on 150 acres at #GigaTexas and according to Jeff Roberts latest YouTube video it should have a 1 million SF footprint!
If you haven't followed Jeff's Gigafactory page on YouTube I highly recommend as his daily drone videos are fascinating to watch.
Now back to the permit for what is assumed to be Elon's SpaceX Starlink residential high speed internet satellite manufacturing facility on the west side of SH130..... I find it most interesting that Tesla's own Civil Engineers are submitting the permits as the official engineer with CA address. Add this to their direct hiring of everything from superintendents to architects and you have to start to ask yourself if anything close to this scale has had so much design and construction work self performed and been able to go this fast.
Even with them apparently missing their initial schedule of 1st Substantial Completion on May 1st the progress continues to be out of this world!
